What to Expect When You Come In

On your first visit, you’ll receive a comprehensive examination, digital X-rays if needed, and a thorough cleaning. More importantly, you’ll meet our team, ask questions, and get a feel for who we are.
Here’s what to bring:
- ✓Completed new patient forms (available on request)
- ✓Your insurance card and a valid photo ID
- ✓A list of any current medications
- ✓Your dental history or X-rays from your previous dentist (if available)
- ✓Any questions you’d like to ask — we love questions!
